What Happens When You Call

We ask what you've noticed: a stain on a ceiling, cracked or slipped tiles, granules in the gutters, a soft spot near a vent. We also ask the roof type and roughly how old it is. That tells us whether to bring a ladder for tile, check flashing at chimneys and skylights, or look at drainage on a low-slope section. Then we set a time for the free inspection. Service is available in English and Spanish.

At the visit we photograph what we find and explain the cause, then follow with a free written estimate. If the damage is part of an insurance claim, we work directly with your claim. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. Many homeowners call in late summer or early fall so any repairs are finished before the winter rains reach worn underlayment.

Have These Ready Before You Call

1. Jot down the spot that worries you, such as a ceiling stain or a lifted shingle, and roughly when you first noticed it.
2. Know your roof material if you can, such as clay or concrete tile, asphalt shingle or a flat roof.
3. Find the approximate year the roof was installed or last replaced.
4. Keep any insurance claim number handy if storm damage is involved.
