About Carson Roofing: Roof Work Planned for the Season Ahead
We repair, inspect and replace roofs with one question in mind: what will this roof face next? Dry heat, fall winds and winter rain each stress different parts of a roof. We look for those weak points before the weather finds them, and we tell you plainly what we see.

The Way We Look at a Roof
Roof trouble usually builds quietly. Years of UV crack the rubber collar on a pipe boot. Sealant along chimney counterflashing shrinks away from the brick. The underlayment under a tile roof dries out and goes brittle while the tile on top looks untouched. You can't see any of it from the sidewalk until a heavy rain drives water through the opening and into the decking.
So we schedule our work by the season. Late summer and early fall are for finding and closing those gaps, ahead of the Santa Ana winds that lift loose shingle tabs and the winter storms that test every valley and penetration. In spring we check what the wet months left: stained decking, granules in the gutters, flashing that moved.
Everything begins with a free inspection. We go up and check the field, eaves, ridge and each penetration, photographing what we see. You then get a free written estimate laying out the work item by item and why each one is there, so you can choose what to do now and what can safely hold for a season.

How We Treat Your Home
A repair when it will last
If the shingles or tile and the decking beneath still have years left, we quote a targeted repair. If the decking is soft or the underlayment has given out over large areas, we explain why a patch would just shift the leak a few feet.
Every part shown and named
You see the cracked boot, the raised step flashing or the worn underlayment under the tile with your own eyes. We name each part and explain why it failed.
Support on claims and payment
When wind or a storm causes damage, we work directly with your insurance claim and document our findings, and the adjuster decides coverage. Bigger projects can be financed through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval.
Spanish or English, your choice
Se habla español. The inspection, the estimate and every talk about your home can be in the language you prefer.

Get Ahead of the Next Season
A small opening found before the weather turns is usually simpler to fix than the water damage it causes later. Describe the stain, drip or loose shingle you have spotted, and we will arrange a visit to check it in person.
